Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is the name given to a state of consciousness which, allows us to have greater access to our unconscious processes. Our subconscious mind does most of our thinking, and it decides a lot of what we do. When we are awake, our conscious mind works to evaluate a lot of these thoughts, decisions and puts certain ideas into action.

Deep relaxation and focusing, calms the conscious mind, so it takes a less active role in our thinking. In this state, you're still aware of what's going on, but your conscious mind takes a back seat allowing change and new ideas to form in your subconscious. This is also known as being in a Trance State.

Each session will be an hour long, and will cost £45.00

There are two main types of hypnotherapy: suggestion therapy, and analytical hypnotherapy (sometimes called hypnoanalysis). Suggestion therapy only takes one or two sessions, and is ideal for:

Hypnoanalysis, is a very short course of psychotherapy used in conjunction with hypnosis and takes about 8 sessions. It can have amazing results at resolving issues to do with:
