Counselling or Psychotherapy is for those people who wish to engage in more of a ‘talking’ therapy. Counselling can be offered on a short term or long term basis depending on need.

During a counselling session the time would be used to talk things through, unravel problems, to gain a new perspective on issues, learn coping strategies, and plan a way forward. It is a time where you can talk and be listened to in a non judgmental environment.
